MSBT's Employment Opportunities
The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity (MSBT) is conveniently located in northeast Philadelphia. The work of the employees at the Motherhouse and on each of the Missions is a vital part of the work of the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity. As an employee, you are doing God’s work whether caring for the sick and aging Sisters; food preparation for the Community; fund raising and other administrative work; maintenance of buildings and grounds; housekeeping for the facilities; or involvement in programs for others. We offer both full and part time employment opportunities with a comprehensive health care plan, benefit hours and holiday pay. MSBT is an equal opportunity employer.

Residing on this campus are a variety of offices including administrative offices, a retreat center and the Health Care facility.

Mission Advancement Office
Being a power for good with ministries serving those in economically depressed areas, the sisters of the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity with their Motherhouse in Northeast Philadelphia would like to engage you and your experience in their mission. Your passion to ‘make a difference’ is in demand!
The Associate Director of Mission Advancement is a new position responsible for coordination and implementation of special event activities, cultivating vendor and donor relationships and maintaining accurate data base records.
We prefer a bachelor’s degree, experience in organizing and implementing successful special events and programs. Proficiency with computer software specifically with donor data base software. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with the ability and interest to travel on an as-needed basis are required.
