Lenten Bible Study: Christ, The Church, and The Kingdom in St. Matthew’s Gospel

Take time during Lent to explore St. Matthew’s portrait of Jesus as the Messiah (the “Christ”) and the Son of God, and his vision of the Church and its relation to the Covenant and the Kingdom.  Learn why Matthew is called “the Church’s Gospel” and why it is the favorite of apologists and missionaries.  Bring your Bible.
