The secret to happiness

happiness

Are you happy?

There is quite a bit of talk, study and conversation about happiness. It seems that everyone is looking for the secret to happiness. We wondered here at the Mother Boniface Center how we could contribute to the conversation. So, we are spending a day to delve into the topic.

We’ll spend the day discussing the kinds of happiness and the four levels of happiness. You will leave with concrete steps that can be taken  to find pervasive, enduring, and deep happiness. We hope that then you will be able to share the message of how to find true happiness with your family, friends and co-workers.
