Director, Mission Advancement Office
The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity, serving in economically depressed areas, is seeking a Director, Mission Advancement Office to provide leadership, operational direction and coordination for all MSBT fund development and fundraising initiatives.
This ‘hands-on’ position is responsible for operational direction and tactical activities, including the development and implementation of fund raising goals, leadership of staff ensuring the development of appropriate fundraising materials, reporting systems, donor data bases, and all operational activities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, successful fund development leadership experience, excellent communication skills, computer graphic design experience and thrive in a team environment.
Administrative Specialist
The Mission Advancement Office of the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity, responsible for raising funds to support the missionary work of the MSBT community has a vacancy on their team. Their vision is to continue to build and strengthen their relationship with donors as we partner with them as “co-missionaries” to the poor and abandoned in our many missionary sites. Through an increased level of outreach, along with the greater utilization of social networking technology, we hope to further engage our donors as we look to expand and nurture our current donor database.
The Administrative Specialist is a 20 hour/week, part time, benefits eligible position responsible for coordinative and financial tasks related to appeal talks. The position is also responsible for data base input and daily financial deposits.
We require proficient computer skills — Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher; a valid driver’s license with strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
Nursing Assistant
The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity’s Motherhouse in northeast Philadelphia is seeking part-time Nursing Assistant candidates. The Health Care facility provides daily living and rehabilitation assistance to Sisters who are aging and ill.
Nursing Assistants are responsible for personal grooming--bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing of the Sisters. The ideal candidate will have sensitivity to the special needs of the aging, maturity to handle a high degree of confidentiality, a demonstrated interest in serving as a Nursing Assistant, openness to training and ability to lift, carry, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
We currently have two positions for the 3 – 11 pm shift on weekends and will require the ideal candidate to be available to fill in for other shifts as necessary.
