Summer is a wonderful time for outdoor parties. Our Motherhouse property in Northeast Philadelphia has a beautiful extended porch and large yard where our sisters recently gathered for a cookout. Sisters enjoyed catching up with one another as they shared a meal of Summertime favorites during this annual “Porch Party” event.
We had a special visit from a fictional sister from our community’s founding days who brought to life some pivotal moments of our history. This was presented by our very own professional actress, Margaret Flanagan, MCA. Margaret is a member of the lay branch of our Missionary Cenacle Family, the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate.
