The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity (MSBT) ministry is to seek out and serve the abandoned population, especially among Catholics who are not being spiritually nurtured, especially the poor.
Our part time (20 hrs./week), family-friendly position (easily coordinated with school hours) will support the fundraising goals of MSBT and administrative support to the Director. The goals will include the implementation and execution of programs to enhance and improve donor relations as well as coordination of services of external vendors. Additionally, this position will provide back-up to the Director actively working with the database and handling routine administrative tasks.
We require an Associate’s degree and/or two years of non-profit, professional experience in management support, development, communications or marketing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; database management (DonorPerfect) preferred. Ability to organize and oversee occasional events or programs. Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and a willingness to travel required. Excellent verbal and written skills with a polished telephone presence and welcoming demeanor to speak persuasively and succinctly. The ability to form effective working relationships with donors, vendors, Diocese/Parish personnel, and third parties. A valid driver’s license. Ability to handle a high degree of confidentiality. Active Catholic preferred.
