Greetings!  This spring, The Vocation Office for the Diocesan Priesthood has been working with the Office for Youth and Young Adults of the Mother Boniface Spirituality Center in Northeast Philadelphia and has handed over the reins so that once again we can offer Saints Annointed!.Living.In.Virtue.Everyday.: Build Your Kingdom Here, a faith experience for students preparing for Confirmation to your youth!

Close to 2,000 youth have participated in these retreats since their inception, and we pray that you and your students will consider being a part of this years’ experience.

We are pleased to offer Saints A.L.I.V.E.: Build Your Kingdom Here Confirmation Retreats three times during the upcoming academic year:

  • Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Archbishop Wood High School, Warminster
  • Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Pope John Paul II High School, Royersford.
  • Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Mother Boniface Spirituality Center, Northeast Philadelphia.

During these retreats, students will experience witnesses, interaction with the seminarians from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, high energy music, games, and the opportunity to visit one of the Archdiocesan High Schools or Catholic Retreat Centers.  A pizza lunch is included and we end the day with the Vigil Mass for Sunday.Saints A.L.I.V.E.: Build Your Kingdom Here will also include a 1-hour parent session during which parents will have the opportunity to hear and discuss ways that they can help foster the faith in their homes and during the formative teenage years.  This session will be held one hour prior to the Vigil Mass and parents are then able to join their child(ren) for Mass.We hope that you will consider bringing your confirmation students to participate in one of the Saints A.L.I.V.E.: Build Your Kingdom Here retreats during this upcoming academic year.  A registration form is attached.  Please mail this form to Mother Boniface Spirituality Center 3501 Solly Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. 19136.  You may also scan and email the registration form in, provided payment is then mailed before deadline.
